AVLFest 2024 is just weeks away and the excitement is building for the second annual return of this landmark event. The festival celebrates Asheville’s diverse music scene with 4 days of live music. Over 200 artists playing at more than 20 different venues across the city. August 1st through the 4th, 2024 in Asheville, NC.
Asheville is known for its lively arts scene and that’s just what AVLFest celebrates. The event hosts an exceptional and vast lineup of local, regional, and national music acts. The diverse range of genres includes hiphop, rock, bluegrass, Americana, electronica, and more. Festival venues include stages, clubs, concert halls, and outdoor venues throughout downtown and across Asheville.
Last year’s inaugural event was a roaring success, with over 8,000 tickets sold. Consequently, this year’s event is expected to be even bigger!

Red hot musical talent overflows during this festival. The lineup looks like a who’s who of the best local, regional, and national performers. These include Papadosio, Washed Out, The New Pornographers, Beachwood Sparks, Terminator X of Public Enemy, Blitzen Trapper, Langhorne Slim, and literally hundreds of others.
Performance venues include The Orange Peel, New Belgium Brewing, The Grey Eagle, Salvage Station, Highland Brewing Company, The Outpost, Wicked Weed Brewing’s Funkatorium, One World West, and many, many others.
Performance showcases are scheduled for Thursday through Sunday. Ticketed attendees enjoy access to festival concerts and events, as well as a variety of discounts at local shops and restaurants.
